Rewards Program Policy — Poké Dude's Cottage

At Poké Dude's Cottage, our rewards program is our way of saying thank you for being part of the collector community. Here's everything you need to know about how it works.

Joining the Program

Membership is free. Simply create an account or sign up through our rewards widget to start earning points on your purchases and activities.

Earning Points

You can earn points in the following ways:

Purchases: Earn 5 points for every £1 spent (points are awarded on the order total once the order is complete).

Signing up: Earn a one-time 100 points when you join the program.

Birthday: Earn 300 points each year on your birthday. (Please add your birthday to your account at least one week in advance to qualify.)

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed at checkout for the following rewards:

100 points = £1 off your order

250 points = Free delivery on your order

Rewards are applied as discount codes at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points have no monetary value outside of the rewards program. You can redeem a maximum of 500 points for one transaction, for a £5 discount.

Points Expiry

Your points never expire — earn now and redeem whenever you're ready.

Important Notes

Points are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

Points may be adjusted or removed if an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Rewards cannot be combined in ways not supported at checkout; please check reward terms when redeeming.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program, or update these terms, at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
